I always go to Nero Waffles for brunch when I visit Vancouver. I usually order the Eggs Benedict with sauce on the side. It always exceeds my expectations. The hollandaise sauce is one of the best that I have had. The service is courteous and fast and the atmosphere is welcoming. I also highly recommend taking a couple waffles to go. The custard filled ones are the best.
There was a 30 minute wait in the morning on Sunday but it was well worth it. The brussels waffle is nothing I've had before, light, airy, and crispy. Incredible. The mini liege waffles were also great but much too sweet for my asian tastes. Especially the ones covered with icing sugar. I liked the strawberry cream stuffed waffles the most.
Absolutely delicious breakfast. My only knock was having to pay 3 for syrup, which for what ever reason didn’t come standard with the waffles. The hand and cheese waffles were truly top notch in flavor. Their prices were average for the area. Staff were super friendly and service was fast. Overall if you’re looking for a delicious breakfast or lunch this is a spot you should definitely check out.
One of the best waffle spots in Vancouver! The waffles were incredibly light and airy—it almost felt like we hadn’t eaten anything, in the best way possible. The whipped cream was just perfect—delicately fluffy, not too sweet, and not heavy at all. The whole menu looked amazing, and I’m already planning to come back just for brunch. But if you're craving waffles and ice cream, this place is a must-visit. Definitely coming back!
We all loved the waffles and service was great. I wish they would have let us put our names and wait in the car, waiting outside on a rainy day was not a good experience. We loved the sweets ones better than the savory ones..
BANGIN BELGIAN WAFFLES Our hometown has nothing like this spot and we always look forward to visiting Nero when we are in this beautiful city. The staff here are friendly, helpful, and ensure prompt delivery of the scrumptious gorgeous food. I fancy the liege waffles and adored the pistachio one I had today. The ham and cheese waffle is something special. My man liked his Bloody Mary and appreciated the waffle adornments. Buddy up to try savory and sweet.
Had an amazing experience here! The mini vanilla custard waffle was absolutely delicious — so light and flavorful. I also tried one of their savory waffle breakfasts, and everything from the bruleed brie to the apples, pecans, and mixed greens was just perfect. The waffle itself was spot on — soft but not soggy, and easy to cut through. Also, the Tiramisu Latte came with a real piece of tiramisu on top — such a fun and tasty touch! Definitely a place I’d come back to.
